North Central Regional Center for Rural Development
The North Central Regional Center for Rural Development (NCRCRD) is hosted by Purdue University and works with Extension professionals, researchers, and their partners to enhance rural development outcomes in the twelve-state north central region. The NCRCRD is jointly funded by the USDA and Land Grant Universities in the twelve-state region.
The NCRCRD conducts regular site visits to states in the region to identify major themes for its future work. The three thematic areas are:
